I have lived and worked in The Spokane/Coeur d’Alene area since 2005 so I know the homes, subdivisions and amenities that help make me a market leader. I pride myself on extensive knowledge in my market so am usually out looking at homes and following trends which allow me to stay a few steps ahead of market changes. I pride myself on superior client service and take excellent care of my clients throughout the entire process whether it is buying, selling for personal use or investing.
